2009 – 2014

Initiated in-house process research; saved time and money
Reduced the COGs from $15,000 / kg to $1,400 / kg via a new development process (own developed); new IP for the company
Developed a scalable route for a potent and selective A2B receptor antagonist
Coordinated technology transfer (own developed) from lab scale to manufacturing plant

2005 – 2009

Developed first chemical preparation of chiral boronic acid-pyrrolidine for Dutogliptin, key for patent filing
Designed a synthetic route toward a flexible scaffold for 5HT2c
Conducted structure-based drug design approach for multiple projects (CB2, p70S6K, m-TOR, and Akt)
